Sewage Loss in Lakewood, CO

We received a call from a customer in distress because a sewage line had backed up and poured sewage into his finished basement. He was understandably upset and didn't know what to do. We were able to calmly talk him through the basics and get our crews on the way within minutes. Once we arrived on-site we got the contaminated water extracted from the floor and then began the process of decontaminating and sanitizing. The customer was relieved and able to place his trust in SERVPRO to take the burden off his shoulders. We completed the work and billed his insurance so he was able to focus on the things that were important to him. We would love to do the same for you!
