Damage from Freezing Conditions

This is the home of a customer we were able to help on Storm Response. During times when severe weather causes an overwhelming number of losses in an area, SERVPRO crews from all over the country will travel to the area to assist and make sure all customers receive help. For this customer, there were freezing conditions which caused an ice dam on the roof of the garage. As a result, the ceiling caved in and drywall and insulation were all over the floor. We were able to get the garage cleaned up and looking like new again. The customer was glad we traveled so far to make sure he received help when he needed it the most.
