Evergreen Home and a Moldy Crawl Space

After the closing on this home in Evergreen, a mold infestation was discovered in the crawl space. The new owners were very dismayed that a home inspection was not done prior to the closing. Fortunately, the real estate agent had very positive experiences with our SERVPRO franchise in the past, and he called on us to make the new owner whole. After careful inspection, we identified the infestation points and "ice blasted" them with high-velocity carbon dioxide pellets to chafe off the growth. This fast, inexpensive technique is often used by our applied microbial remediation technicians. We then fogged the entire crawl space with an antifungal agent.
