Water Damage – Parker Home
Water damage occurred at this Parker home when the air handler on the se3cond-floor developed a major leak. When we arrived on the job site, their was a substantial amount of carpeting thoroughly soaked. The owner had called us quickly but was still concerned that the flooring underneath the carpeting had become too wet requiring that we take up and dispose of the carpeting. We used sophisticated moisture measuring devices to determine that the sub flooring was not severely damaged and we would be able to dry it with the carpeting in place. We extracted the water from the carpeting and placed industrial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process.
