They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain things to me, as this was my first experience with damage to my home. All this occurred over the New Year's holiday and I was impressed by how much time and effort they put into it. They even returned twice to get the carpet moved since the tile was installed farther back than it had been originally. I highly recommend this company for any of your restoration needs.
